Itinerary
- 18:00: Tour guide welcomes Roamers at My Dinh bus station. A light buffet dinner is served in the VIP lounge.
- 18:50: Roamers board the bus to Lao Cai City. During the VIP sleeper bus ride, Roamers have about 4 hours to rest and sleep, ensuring good health for the nearly 40km trekking journey ahead.
- 23:10: Arrival in Lao Cai City. A private car transfers Roamers from Lao Cai to the homestay in Muong Hum.
- 00:45: Arrival at the homestay. Roamers enjoy a warm night’s sleep at the homestay for about 5 hours of rest.

Notes
Suggested Personal Items for Roamers
In April, August, and September, the mountain weather is pleasantly cool, around 15–20°C. From October to March, it is wintertime, which can be very cold and may even have frost or snow. Below are recommendations for clothing and personal items to prepare for your trekking journey.
I. Clothing
1. Clothes
- Colors: We recommend choosing bright, warm colors such as yellow or red. These not only make you stand out in photos but are also very useful in case of emergencies (e.g., getting lost or needing assistance).

Note: All clothing should be long-sleeved and long-legged to protect against insects, scratches, and minor injuries. Pants should be made of quick-dry, flexible, and stretchable fabric for easy movement.
2. Shoes
Choose trekking shoes that meet the following requirements:
- High-ankle design
- Waterproof
- Insulating layer for warmth
- Anti-slip sole with strong grip
- Thick and cushioned sole
- One size larger than your normal size to avoid toe injuries during long treks
3. Socks
- Bring thick, high-ankle trekking socks
