- For tours taking place on weekdays:
- Can be transferred to other tour routes 15 days before departure date: No conversion fee.
- Customers who notify cancellation within 7-10 days before departure date will retain 100% of the deposit paid. The retention period is 90 days from the date of cancellation notice.
- Customers who notify cancellation within 2-7 days before departure date will retain 60% of the deposit paid. The retention period is 90 days from the date of cancellation notice.
- After the above time, the company will not support cancellations.
- For tours taking place on holidays and Tet:
- Can be transferred to other tour routes 25 days before departure date: No conversion fee.
- Customers who notify cancellation within 10-12 days before departure date will retain 100% of the deposit paid. The retention period is 90 days from the date of cancellation notice.
- Customers who notify cancellation within 5-7 days before departure date will have 60% of the deposit paid reserved. The reservation period is 90 days from the date of cancellation notification.
- After the above time, the company will not support cancellation.
Note: All confirmations of Booking and cancellation confirmations from customers will be confirmed via Email. Other forms of confirmation are not accepted.
